Sending Analog Cases

If you would like to send us a denture or removable appliance case using conventional impressions, please complete one of our prescription forms, providing us with as much information as possible. You can download our prescription form here. We accept conventional impressions for dentures and other removable appliances.

For all crown and bridge restorations, we operate a fully digital workflow and therefore only accept cases submitted using an intraoral scan. We do not accept conventional impressions for crown and bridge work.

To send us an impression case, please contact us on 0800 130 3331 to arrange a free local collection, or to request our free Royal Mail Tracked 24 prepaid padded postage envelopes.

For practices located in Newbury & Thatcham, we offer a complimentary collection and delivery service. Our driver will personally collect your cases from the practice and hand deliver them back to you throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring a reliable and efficient service with direct communication at every stage.

For practices outside our local collection area, we provide a free Royal Mail Tracked 24 postal service. We supply pre labelled padded envelopes for sending cases to the laboratory, simply package your case and drop it off at your local Post Office, Royal Mail collection point or arrange a free collection from Royal Mail online.

Once your case arrives with us, we'll take care of the rest, and return all work securely via the same tracked delivery service.
