Returns, Shipping and Postage Terms

Marola Dental Laboratories Ltd provides return postage services to support the safe transportation of dental appliances, impressions, models and related items between dental clinics and our laboratory. 

By using our Royal Mail returns service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Packaging Responsibilities

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that all items are packaged securely and appropriately for transport. Items should be protected against movement, impact, moisture and contamination during transit.

Clinical items such as impressions, appliances or models must be disinfected prior to dispatch in accordance with current infection control guidelines.

Marola Dental Laboratories Ltd accepts no liability for damage caused by inadequate packaging or failure to follow appropriate clinical handling procedures.

Transit Risk and Liability

Where return postage is arranged using labels provided by Marola Dental Laboratories Ltd, Royal Mail acts as the delivery carrier and their terms and compensation limits apply.

While we take reasonable steps to support safe delivery, Marola Dental Laboratories Ltd cannot guarantee transit times and is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, claims must be made in accordance with the carrier’s compensation process. Our liability shall be limited to the level of compensation recoverable from the postal provider unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Inspection on Receipt

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our laboratory. If items arrive damaged, contaminated or unsuitable for processing due to packaging or transit conditions, we reserve the right to reject the case or charge for any remedial work required.

Return Postage Use

Return labels provided by Marola Dental Laboratories Ltd are intended solely for the return of dental laboratory related items between authorised clients and our laboratory. Misuse of return labels may result in charges or suspension of postage services.

Turnaround Times

Laboratory manufacturing times begin once items have been safely received, inspected and accepted into production. Transit time is not included within laboratory turnaround times.
