If you would like to send us a case with impressions, please complete one of our prescription forms, providing us with as much information as possible. You can download our prescription form here
Then contact us on 08001303331 to either arrange a free collection, or to receive our free Royal Mail tracked 24 pre-paid padded postage envelopes to post us your case.

If you would like to send us a case from your scanner, please connect your scanner with our lab. Visit our download page here for help on how to connect your type of scanner.
We can also accept downloaded scans in the form of .STL files. Please forward the files to us at scans@marolalabs.com using a large file delivery application such as www.wetransfer.com or www.mailbigfile.com
Collections/Deliveries
Local Collection & Delivery Service
For local practices, we offer a complimentary collection and delivery service. Our driver will personally collect your cases from the practice and hand deliver them back to you throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring a reliable and efficient service with direct communication at every stage.

Nationwide Postal Service
For practices outside our local collection area, we provide a free Royal Mail Tracked 24 postal service. We supply pre labelled padded envelopes for sending cases to the laboratory, simply package your case and drop it off at your local Post Office, Royal Mail collection point or arrange a free collection from Royal Mail online.
Once your case arrives with us, we'll take care of the rest, and return all work securely via the same tracked delivery service.
